Clark will be having a “Town Hall Meeting” on Thursday, July 23, 2009, at 6:00 PM at the FCCJ North Campus, Building C, 4501 Capper Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218 for public comment and discussion of the proposed 2009/2010 City Budget. Please note that ALL Council Members have been invited. All interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
