Notice is hereby given that Council President Richard A. Clark will be having a Town Hall Meeting on Monday, July 20, 2009, at 6:00 PM at the FCCJ Downtown, Advanced Technology Center, 401 West State Street, Room T140, Jacksonville, FL 32202 for public comment and discussion of the proposed 2009/2010 City Budget. Please note that ALL Council Members have been invited. All interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
