Notice is hereby given that Cheryl L Brown, Director- Jacksonville City Council will meet with the Executive Council Assistants - Jacksonville City Council on Thursday, June 4, 2009, 8:00 am - 12:00 p.m., in the Lynwood Roberts Room, located on the 1st Floor City Hall St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida. This meeting is to address the posting, noticing, minutes, calendar, records retention and other office procedural requirements within the Office of the City Council. (Attendance is mandatory for all Executive Council Assistants employed by the Jacksonville City Council.) All interested parties are invited to attend.
