The Mayor has requested that the Jacksonville City Council convene in a Special Meeting so that he may report to the Council all the facts and circumstances concerning the disaster potential and his recommendations in connection therewith. Therefore, there is hereby called a Special Meeting of the Council to be held Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., Council Chambers 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor City Hall St. James Building for the purpose of responding to the Mayor`s request and being briefed on the potential emergency situation.
