As Council President and pursuant to Council Rule 2.105, The Honorable Richard Clark will meet with members of the Jacksonville City Council on Thursday, September 17, 2009, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, 117 W. Duval St., St. James Bldg., City Hall, to tentatively approve and/or discuss 2009-511 (Ordinance levy annual taxes) and 2009-512 (Ordinance establishing 2009-2010 Budget).
