Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, July 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida. Mayor John Peyton will make his 2008-2009 Annual Budget presentation. The regular scheduled Rules Committee meeting will convene immediately following the Mayor`s presentation. All other interested parties are invited to attend.
