Notice is hereby given that I, Council President William I. Gulliford, pursuant to Council Rules, call a Special Meeting – Council as a Whole for the Jacksonville City Council to be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 1st Floor City Hall – St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida.
The Special Meeting – Council as a Whole is to consider 2013-694. Mr. Shad Khan, owner of the Jaguars wishes to address the Council and will be given this format to do so. Members of the Council will be afforded an opportunity to ask Mr. Khan questions, or make comments regarding the pending legislation. Please note that while I am not suggesting the committee take any formal action, the opportunity to do so is available.
