CANCELLED-City Council Special Meeting - Possible Vetoed Budget Legislation

As Council President and pursuant to Council Rule 4.103, I am calling a Special Meeting of the Council to be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, 117 W. Duval St., St. James Bldg., City Hall, to discuss the following:
