As Chair of the Rules Committee, I am hereby changing the time of the Rules Committee meeting scheduled for July 15, 2013 to 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 1^st Floor, City Hall, Jacksonville, FL 32202 due to the Mayor’s 2013-2014 Annual Budget Presentation. The Rules Agenda meeting will be held at its regular time at 8:30 am in Conference Room A, 4^th Floor, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
