Notice is hereby given that Council President William I. Gulliford called a recess of the previously noticed and regularly scheduled Council Meeting, dated September 24, 2013. President Gulliford and the Members of the Jacksonville City Council will reconvene the Council Meeting, on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 1st Floor City Hall – St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida.
