Notice is hereby given that Honorable Lori N. Boyer will host a Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Workshop with the Jacksonville City Council and Council Staff. The meeting will be held on Monday, August 15, 2016, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the Lynwood Roberts Room – located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor - City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
The purpose of the workshop is to provide an understanding of the processes and procedures for the development and use of the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and CIP- Project Closures. Teresa Eichner, Capital Improvement Plan Administrator, Kirk Sherman, Council Auditor, Phillip Peterson, Principal Auditor, and other city personnel, as designated by the main speakers, will serve as presenters for this activity.
All interested parties are invited.
