City Council member Dr. Johnny Gaffney will join members of the City of Jacksonville’s Housing and Neighborhoods Department and the Housing Partnership to show their appreciation to the volunteers participating in the Paint the Town 2009: Make Change Happen community service effort. A mayoral proclamation will be presented in honor of the event.
