Notice is hereby given that the CM Al Ferraro schedules a Council Member Public Meeting for Thursday, January 27, 2022, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM, in the Lynwood Roberts Room in City Hall at 117 W. Duval Street Jacksonville, FL 32202.   The purpose of the meeting is to provide a forum to highlight some of Jacksonville’s Hometown Heroes. This meeting will expand upon their life experiences of Civil Rights Legends Lloyd Pearson, Jr., and Sollie Mitchell will expand upon the life experiences.
 
Council Members, City staff, and the public may attend the meeting at Lynwood Roberts Room's physical location. City Council strongly encourages the use of masks for all employees and visitors, especially when social distancing at 6 feet (or more) is not possible. Council will make masks available for visitors and the public.
