The Water and Sewer Expansion Authority (WSEA) and community leaders will join to celebrate the groundbreaking of the first joint water and sewer project in a Septic Tank Failure Area in Duval County. In addition, the WSEA and City Council member Reginald Brown will present a neighborhood sign to the Lincoln Villa Association in appreciation for the community involvement and support for the project.
