The Commission will discuss issues related to City Council terms and other organizational issues, including term limits on council members and dividing the council for purposes of establishing staggered terms. Confirmed speakers are Bill Scheu, former Interim Supervisor of Elections, and Skip Cramer, Executive Director of Jacksonville Community Council, Inc. (JCCI). Other speakers have been invited but attendance has not yet been confirmed. All interested parties are invited to attend.
