Notice is hereby given that Council Member LeAnna Cumber has amended and cancelled a noticed meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm in Conference Room A, located in City Hall at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, Fl. 32202. The purpose of the meeting was to provide input to the Council President as a way to support the process going forward. Discussions will include (1) my concerns and thoughts about the dramatic change in Council’s role in the JEA process and (2) a potential framework to analyze and fully vet each of the five recapitalization options.
