Notice is hereby given that Council President William I. Gulliford called a recess of the previously noticed and regularly scheduled Council Meeting, dated September 24, 2013.  President Gulliford and the Members of the Jacksonville City Council will reconvene the Council Meeting, on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 1^st Floor City Hall – St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida.    

The location of this meeting has been AMENDED to Conferemce Room A.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Reginald Brown will meet with Council Member Lori Boyer on Tuesday, Sept. 24^th at 3:00 p.m. in Conference Room A located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. This meeting is to discuss C.I.P. / U.S. 1 Drainage Project all Council Members and interested parties are invited to attend.

Notice is hereby given that Council Members Jim Love, Bill Gulliford, Clay Yarborough, & Doyle Carter will meet on Tuesday,  September 24, at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, 4^th Floor, Suite 425, City Hall (St. James Bldg.), 117 W. Duval St., Jacksonville, FL, 32202.  Other Council members and interested parties may attend.  This meeting will be held to discuss an amendment to the CIP and Budget matters relating to the proposed Parramore Rd. development.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Carter will meet with Council Member Redman, September 24, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting location is at City Hall, St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, 4^th Floor-Suite 425- Conference Room A. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss 2013-415, A proposal to extend the ability to raise and keep pet chicken hens for backyard egg production in residential RLD zoned areas of the City (reference Section 656.401 (a) (3), Ordinance Code)." 

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Matt Schellenberg and Council President Bill Gulliford will meet on Tuesday, September 24^th, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss Councilman Schellenberg’s emergency pension legislation.
