Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Bishop, will meet with Folks Huxford, Chief of Current Planning and Mike Sands, Chief of Development Services; Planning & Development Department and Jason Gabriel, Assistant General Counsel on 2013-64-E, Rawl’s Landing PUD, on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., in the Don Davis Room, 1^st Floor, City Hall at St. James. The purpose of the meeting is to review the permitting status and mitigation procedures.

Gulliford, Jr., Council President) will convene a full Council Workshop with the Members of the Jacksonville City Council on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm, in the City Council Chamber, located at, 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor - City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Ordinance Jaxport Harbor Deepening as part of an information and idea sharing opportunity.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Warren Jones, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council Policy Subcommittee, will meet with Tourist Development Council Subcommittee Members Fred Pozin, Barbara Goodman, and Chairman, Bill Gulliford. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 10:00a.m.  The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss a codifying policy for TDC grant funding. The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room A.
