Notice is hereby given that the Ad Hoc Neighborhood Blight Subcommittee on Neighborhood Organizations consisting of Council Member Bill Gulliford and Council Member John Crescimbeni will meet on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., in the Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is being held to discuss criteria, goals and structure of neighborhood organizations; and the vacant property registry.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the capital improvement project accounts for Council District 2.
