Notice is hereby given that City Council Members and City Council Members Elect will meet on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Jacksonville University River House, located at 2800 University Blvd. North, Jacksonville, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the Council Members and the Council Members Elect with an overview of the Consolidated Government, Independent Authorities, and Constitutional Officers.

Pursuant to Section 15.104(c), Ordinance Code, permission was requested to hold this meeting at the Jacksonville University River House, and the Director of the Ethics, Compliance and Oversight Office has approved the meeting location.

Notice is hereby given that City Council Members and City Council Members Elect will meet on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in the Lynwood Roberts Room, located on the 1st Floor, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the annual continuing education and training on Government in the Sunshine and open meetings laws.

In addition to fulfilling the requirements of Section 15.108, Ordinance Code, this training will fulfill a portion of the requirements of §112.3142, F.S., which requires that elected municipal officers complete 4 hours of ethics training each calendar year
