Deadline to file application with the Duval County Tourist Development Council for grant funding for events beginning on or after April 1, 2015.

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Legislative Tracking Committee on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 12:00 noon in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing legislation introduced at the January 27th City Council meeting and any other pending legislation of interest.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Warren Jones, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council Policy Subcommittee, will meet with Tourist Development Council Subcommittee Members Fred Pozin, Barbara Goodman, and Chairman, Bill Gulliford. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 10:00a.m.  The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss a codifying policy for TDC grant funding. The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room A.

Notice is hereby given that the Ad Hoc Neighborhood Blight Subcommittee on Neighborhood Organizations consisting of Council Member Bill Gulliford and Council Member John Crescimbeni will meet on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., in the Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is being held to discuss criteria, goals and structure of neighborhood organizations; and the vacant property registry.
