Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford and Council Member Greg Anderson will meet on Thursday, August 4, 2016 in Conference Room A,  at 9:00 a.m., located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Hemming Park.  

Notice is hereby given that Council President Lori N. Boyer., will meet with the following members of the Personnel Committee - Council Member(s) John R. Crescimbeni, Anna Lopez Brosche, Garrett Dennis, and Scott Wilson along with Dr. Cheryl L Brown, Director/Council Secretary.  The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at 3:30 p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4^th Floor- Suite 425 - City Hall St James Bldg., Jacksonville, Florida  32202.  The meeting is regarding City Council Departmental Personnel Staffing of vacant positions, discussion of possible upcoming vacancies with review of process mapping, training, and other issues that may affect departmental practices.

The Committee will adjourn no later than noon, regarding legislative matters, and reconvene immediately thereafter to consider special matters before the Committee.

The Committee will convene at 4:45 p.m. to consider special matters before the Committee, (unless pre-empted by an appeal hearing).  Legislative matters before the Committee will be considered beginning at 5:30 p.m.
