Council Member Rahman Johnson (District 14) will host a public meeting regarding the construction of a liquor store on the corner of Old Middleburg and Collins Roads.

The public is invited to join the Office of General Counsel, Public Works, the project developer, and other city officials. The group will be present to address any concerns from residents and provide detailed information about the project.

Notice is hereby given that the Subcommittee on Downtown Parking for the Special Committee on the Future of Downtown will meet on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Council Chamber, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st floor, City Hall - St. James Building. The purpose of this subcommittee is to discuss parking in downtown Jacksonville.

Notice is hereby given that Jacksonville City Council Member Will Lahnen, Chair of the 2024 Value Adjustment Board and Board Members will meet on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 11:30 AM. The meeting will be held in City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor, Council Chambers. The Board will be assembled to organize for the 2024 Value Adjustment Board Year.

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Duval County Value Adjustment Board Special Magistrate Orientation will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM. The Orientation will be held at City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor, Lynwood Roberts Room. The Orientation will be facilitated by VAB staff and the VAB Attorney.
