Land Development Procedures Manual

Public Records Notice

The City of Jacksonville is committed to making its website compliant with all state, local, and federal laws, as well as accessible to as many people as possible. The City is currently developing a procedure to make all documents posted ADA accessible. In the meantime, public records that are not currently accessible will not be posted to the City’s website but remain available pursuant to a public records request. Land Development Procedures Manual (LDPM) Updates

The Subdivision and Standards Policy Advisory Committee (SSPAC) and Context Sensitive Streets Specifications Committee (CSSSC) are working with consultants to update the LDPM to enhance the user experience and maintain compliance with current industry standards. The revised manual will be effective beginning January 2025. As the Committees approve new design guidelines, details, and specifications as a part of the update, they will be posted below. Current LDPM Effective January 2024

Please note that this revision of the LDPM includes a reorganization of the main and supplementary material into 4 separate volumes. Documents that were previously included in one set of attachments have been renumbered and included as attachments to each relevant volume.

Restricted Drainage Basins

Restricted basin map data can be found on the Duval Civil Planning Map by opening the layers menu, clicking the + next to Flood Plains and then checking the Resbasin box.
