The Subdivision and Standards Policy Advisory Committee (SSPAC) and Context Sensitive Streets Specifications Committee (CSSSC) approved revisions to Volumes 1 through 4 of the LDPM on January 9 and January 14, 2025, respectively. These updates represent a year-long effort with contributions from Committee members, staff, consultants, volunteers, and the public to enhance the user experience and maintain compliance with industry standards. The updated LDPM as posted below will be effective March 11, 2025. Highlights of the revisions to each section are provided in this Notification of Revisions Letter, and copies of specific redline revisions to Volumes 1 and 2 are available upon request sent to ReviewGrp@coj.net.
