The Ribault River Preserve consists of approximately 2.3 acres of land located along the Ribault River in Northwest central Duval County, Florida. The project’s acquisition was funded by the City of Jacksonville (COJ) and a grant from the Florida Communities Trust (FCT). The property will be managed by the COJ as a park that will protect the natural resources, and provide the public opportunities for educational and recreational activities. Recreational amenities include picnic tables, nature trail, horseshoe pits, and water access to the Ribault River for fishing and canoeing/ kayaking. The fishing dock is an accessible amenity.
