Ribault River Preserve Phase I consists of 37 acres, purchased on March 20, 2002 for $451,289 and two acres purchased on August 7, 2002 for $52,013 by the City. The Ribault River Preserve Phase I property was purchased by the City of Jacksonville with Better Jacksonville Plan funds.
