oMS Yoga
oMS Yoga is a wonderful Yoga program offered throughout the Jacksonville area. There are currently four different locations offering FREE yoga classes specifically for those living with MS. Classes are offered in a 6-week series, with 2-week breaks in between each series. Join us for one, some or all of the classes.
oMS Yoga uses the empowering Baptiste methodology to provide a gentle, yet challenging yoga class with meditation that is adapted to all levels of ability. If you use an assistive device, you must be able to independently transfer and use the restroom facilities. If you cannot independently transfer, you must be accompanied by a care partner. A signed waiver of liability is required for participation. Space is limited for each location. Weekly registration is required, and can be accomplished by visiting the website. Registration will be open the week before each class. Please come dressed in comfortable, cool clothing. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Mats are available for rental at each studio for a $4 rental fee per class.
For more information on classes, locations and registration please visit the
