Council Members Honor Captain Clarence Hill as the Newly Elected National Commander of American Legion

Council Members Art Graham and Warren Jones have introduced a Resolution to honor and recognize Captain Clarence Hill as the newly elected National Commander of the American Legion. Captain Clarence Hill is a 24-year United States Navy veteran, a 27-year Legionnaire and a 3-time commander of American Legion Post 316 in Atlantic Beach.
'The American Legion has always supported veterans, national security and those ideas of America that makes us great and Captain Hill will continue that legacy. His selection as national commander honors Jacksonville and I'm honored to honor him' said Council Member Art Graham.
