Greetings, everyone. I pray this missive reaches each of you doing well.
I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the late former Jacksonville City Council President, and Council Member, the incomparable, Mr. Tommy Hazouri. I extend my prayers and condolences to his family and loved ones.
Council Member Hazouri’s sharp wit, wisdom and humor will be sorely missed. I pray for us all who knew and loved him.
