Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Disparity Study Committee on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing the City’s currently ongoing procurement disparity study.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member E. Denise Lee, Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee on Hemming Plaza will meet with members Bill Gulliford and Don Redman on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Don Davis Room, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor, City Hall St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL  32202.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Hemming Plaza. 

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Clay Yarborough will meet with Council Member Reggie Brown on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at 4:30 p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss Council Member Yarborough’s candidacy for Vice President of the City Council for the upcoming term.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Richard Clark, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council RFP Subcommittee, will meet with Tourist Development Council Subcommittee Members Fred Pozin, David Potts, and MG Orender. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 9:00a.m.  The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the procedure for Request for Proposal (RFP) as outlined by the City of Jacksonville Procurement Division.  The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room B.
