Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, John R. Crescimbeni will meet with the Finance Committee Members in the Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building to discuss the 2012/2013 Budget and to consider Ordinance 2012-434 and Ordinance 2012-435 which will be discussed during the Finance Committee review of the CIP and the Banking Fund.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Doyle Carter will meet with Council Member Jim Love on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. All Council members are invited to attend. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Old Middleburg Road and Collins Road.  

Notice is hereby given that Council Auditor Kirk Sherman and Council Member Greg Anderson will meet with Finance Audit Subcommittee Members Johnny Gaffney and Stephen Joost on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 immediately following the 10:00 a.m. Finance Committee Meeting, in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, on the 4th floor of City Hall St. James Building. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the Fiscal Year 2010/2011 City Audit Results and the Fiscal Year 2011/2012 City Audit Plan.
