Notice is hereby given that Council Member Lori Boyer will meet with Council Member Greg Anderson, Monday, January 28th, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss council Member Boyer’s candidacy for Vice President.

City Council committee meetings will NOT be held the week of January 28^th to February 1^st.  The regularly scheduled Council meeting cycle will resume with Standing Committee meetings on Monday, February 4, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Clay Yarborough will meet with Council Member Kimberly Daniels on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 3:30p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building.  This meeting is to discuss ordinance 2012-730.

Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Greg Anderson, Chair of the Courthouse Oversight Special Committee, is calling a Courthouse Oversight Committee Meeting and will meet with the Committee members on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. in Conference Room A, 4^th Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida for an update on the Courthouse complex.

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission Committee on Marketing.  Commissioner Elaine Brown with meet with Commission Chair Crescimbeni and Commissioners Buchanan, and Redick.  The meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, Suite 425, 4^th Floor- City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss marketing for the St. Johns River Ferry.
