As Chair of the Sports Subcommittee, I am hereby scheduling a meeting for Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., in the Conference Room A, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
Notice is hereby given that Council President Lori N. Boyer, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council (TDC), will meet with the Tourist Development Council Members for a special meeting scheduled on Friday, February 10, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in City Hall at St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, and Conference Room A. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the Duval County Tourist Development Council Request for Proposal (RFP) and procedure as outlined by the City of Jacksonville Procurement Division.
Please note the Finance Special Committee Meeting previously scheduled to immediately follow the standing committee has been cancelled. Additionally, the Chair will not be allowing public comment at the regular standing committee meeting.
The Committee will convene at 4:45 p.m. to consider special matters before the Committee, (unless pre-empted by an appeal hearing). Legislative matters before the Committee will be considered beginning at 5:30 p.m.
