Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Gulliford, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council, will meet with the Tourist Development Council Members for the quarterly meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room A.

Notice is hereby given that the Task Force on Consolidated Government Chair, Council Member Lori Boyer will meet with the Task Force Members in the Council Chamber located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, City Hall - St. James Building on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.  Notification of additional meetings will follow when scheduled.  Please mark your calendars accordingly. 

Notice is hereby given that the Special Reorganization Review Committee Chair Clay Yarborough is hereby calling a Special Reorganization Review Committee Meeting to discuss, review, examine and make recommendation(s) to Council committees and the full Council as it relates to reorganization of City departments and divisions on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 4:00 PM, in Committee Room B, 1^st Floor, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202. 

Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Greg Anderson, Chair of the Courthouse Oversight Special Committee, is calling a Courthouse Oversight Committee Meeting and will meet with the Committee members on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 3:30 P.M. in Conference Room A, 4^th Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida. The meeting will include an update on the renovation of the old Federal Courthouse for use by the State Attorney’s Office.

Notice is hereby given that the Ad Hoc Committee on Jacksonville’s Neighborhood Blight will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday November 20 in the Lynwood Roberts Room, 1^st Floor, City Hall 117 West Duval Street.
