All Council members are invited to attend. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss contract management.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford, Chair of the Special Committee on the JEA Agreement, will meet with the Special Committee on the JEA Agreement Members on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lynwood Roberts Room, located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.  

City Council Offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
