Anderson, President – Jacksonville City Council, pursuant to Council Rules, hereby call a meeting(s) with the – Jacksonville City Council as a Committee of the Whole, in the Council Chambers located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 1^st Floor City Hall – St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida. The meeting(s) are being held to discuss pending HRO legislation before the Council, and will begin promptly at the times posted. Public Comment will be taken for 1 hour at each meeting.
