Jacksonville City Council members Richard Clark and Art Graham will join City of Jacksonville Beach officials and the City of Jacksonville’s Department of Recreation and Community Services (JaxParks) at a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of a new batting cage and pavilion at Wingate Park.
