Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Bishop and Council Member John Crescimbeni will meet on Monday, February 4, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., in Conference Room B, Council Offices, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James Bldg., to discuss 2013-39 approving a one year extension of the existing agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc.
2013-39 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC. FOR RESIDENTIAL WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR HIS DESIGNEE, AND CORPORATION SECRETARY TO EXECUTE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING AGREEMENT TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT FOR ONE YEAR IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 382, ORDINANCE CODE; WAIVING SECTION 382.308, ORDINANCE CODE, TO ALLOW FOR 1-YEAR EXTENSION INSTEAD OF A 6-YEAR EXTENSION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
