Expressing City`s Strong Encouragemt that JTA use the Traditional J-Bill Process to Amend its Legislative Charter; Expressing Opposition to Manner in which JTA is Amending its Enabling Legislation, & the Substance of that Legislation (HB 311 & SB 1000).
