Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton, City Councilmember E. Denise Lee and the City of Jacksonville’s Department of Recreation and Community Services (JaxParks) will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of an expansion at Clanzel T. Brown Community Center.
