With limited sources of income and mobility, some seniors have limited access to affordable fruits, vegetables and other healthy options, subsequently contributing to health challenges. However, community members of all ages teamed up to help create conditions that contribute to the well-being of aging citizens in support of the City of Jacksonville’s Journey to One initiative to improve personal and community health throughout Jacksonville.
