Jeremy M. Brown joined the Office of General Counsel in August 2022. Mr. Brown has over eight years of experience as a transactional attorney handling a wide variety of business and real estate matters. Before joining the Office of General Counsel, Mr. Brown was general counsel for a prominent healthcare provider in Florida where he drafted and negotiated complex commercial, service, and real estate contracts and counseled on corporate, compliance, and employment matters. Mr. Brown’s background also includes managing and resolving real estate matters at a Fortune 500 title insurance company.

Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance and minor in marketing from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Brown obtained a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, Mr. Brown served as Executive Research Editor for the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and interned for the Honorable Patricia D. Barksdale at the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Brown is a member of The Florida Bar.
