Provide expertise in a wide range of local government issues
Represent City and Independent Agencies in a variety of legal matters (e.g., procurement, contracts, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leases, municipal finance and bond issues, construction, franchising, economic development, Sunshine Law, Charter interpretations)
Counsel to City and Independent Agencies during board meetings
