Jacksonville Outpatient Clinic Social Work Team, The DAV, and Office Depot Office Max are sponsoring a Back to School Bask on Friday, August 3rd at the Jacksonville Outpatient Clinic.
100 bookbags will be distributed to the school age children of veterans enrolled in the NF/SG VA Healthcare System. The child MUST be present with the veteran to receive the bookbag and supplies which will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. There will be a limit of three children served per veteran.
