The Jacksonville VA Outpatient Clinic Social Work team and the DAV are sponsoring a Back to School Bash.
- Bookbags with supplies will be distributed to school age children of Veterans.
- The child must be present with the Veteran to receive the bookbag/supplies. Only three children per present Veteran will be served.
- All supplies will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
