The third Thursday Ask-A-Lawyer Event is a partnership between the City of Jacksonville's Military Affairs and Veteran's Department and Jackosnville Area Legal Aid, Inc.'s Veteran Services Unit.  Please take note that the October date is the SECOND Thursday instead of the third Thursday.

The Celebration of Valor is an annual series of events honoring the service and sacrifice of Jacksonville’s proud military community. This annual tradition brings together the City of Jacksonville and the military communities in the local area to recognize those who serve and who have served. The 2021 Celebration of Valor includes a wide variety of educational, patriotic, community and civic activities, all focused on demonstrating Jacksonville’s deep appreciation and respect for service men and women in the United States Armed Forces.

FOAR From Home is rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. The National Society of Colonial Dames of America in the State of Florida invites you to meet the team that is rowing the 2021 Talisker Whisky Challenge to raise donations for and awareness of veteran suicide and PTSD. This event is free and open to the public.
