The 2nd Annual Veterans Cup supporting Operation New Uniform will be on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Space is limited, register today to secure your sport.

The Veterans Council of Duval County will meet Tuesday, April 17, 2018. The meeting will be held at American Legion Post 137 at 7:00 P.M.

The Florida Fallen Heroes Golf Classic will be on Saturday, April 14th at the Bent Creek Golf Club.

Clay County Veterans Appreciation Day will be on Saturday, April 14th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Caregiver Expo is a day of pampering, learning and fun for all First Coast caregivers. It includes more than 100 community exhibitors offering information, prizes and valuable services, no-cost health screenings and personal care services such as hair care and massage, free samples from area restaurants, and complimentary on-site respite care on request.

 

The Cecil Field POW/MIA Memorial Inaugural Golf Tournament will be on Monday, April 9, 2018 on "National Former Prisoner of War Recognition Day".

The Navy Tri-Base Job Fair will be on Wednesday, April 4th at the Morocco Shrine Center. Bring copies of your resume and come dressed for success! National and local companies will be hiring. Employer List will be available through Fleet and Family Support Centers, CareerSource NEFL and Georgia Department of Labor Kings Bay Career Center beginning in mid-March.

The UNF Military Veterans Resource Center is hosting a free workshop for active duty, veterans and military spouses called “Digital Tsunami: How Veteran Entrepreneurs Can Thrive in the 21^st Century”. This event will focus on how entrepreneurs can utilize technology to make their lives easier.
The event will be led by a UNF Professor from the Coggin College of Business and is completely free to attendees due to the generosity of an Army veteran named Robert Jacoby.

There will be a Vietnam War 50th Commemoration Ceremony at the Jacksonville National Cemetery on Thursday, March 29th at 10 a.m. Congressman Rutherford will be the guest speaker.
