If you wish to make public comment for the meeting, you may do so by e-mailing citypension@coj.net and using the title “PUBLIC COMMENT” and referencing the meeting date. Requests should be received by Noon the business day prior to the meeting. You call also call the Pension Office to arrange to make a public comment at the meeting.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Pension Board of Trustees, the Pension Advisory Committee, or the Corrections Officers Advisory Committee of the City of Jacksonville Retirement System with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing before such board or committee, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
