The City of Jacksonville invites residents and visitors to the Ford on Bay located at 288 East Bay St. Jacksonville, Florida 32202 to visit the annual World of Nations Celebration. The celebration is a cultural destination that provides wonderful sights, sounds, and tastes from a diverse array of nations.

Following the Jan. 28 meeting of the JEA Board of Directors, Mayor Lenny Curry announced that all six members of the JEA Board Directors will leave their positions effective the end of February.

Since 2018, there have been more than 22,000 cases of hepatitis A in the U.S. and more than 2,500 cases in Florida. On Aug. 1, 2019, Florida Surgeon General Scott Rivkees issued a Public Health Emergency to address the increase in Hepatitis A cases in Florida due to the current national outbreak. Despite the recent rise in cases, you can protect yourself from the virus and help stop hepatitis A in Florida, and in Jacksonville.
